The World Paddle Association (WPA) announces revised mission statement

The mission of the WPA is to provide a comprehensive voice, fair and equal access and organizational structure to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP) and its participants in a manner that benefits the collective paddling community.

The World Paddle Association is proud to announce the second year of Stand Up Paddle rankings for both Elite and Open class paddlers. The culmination of the rankings will lead to the World Paddle Association Stand Up Paddle (SUP) World Championships in 2011, more details on the series events, rankings and SUP Championships to come.
