Biographical Info Heather Zak is a WPA certified instructor in Renfrew and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We currently teach for Ottawa SUP, located in Brantwood Park, on the Rideau River in Ottawa. We owned Constance Bay Paddle in Ottawa, and the former Campbellford Paddle and Barefoot Paddle, offering SUP lessons, rentals and sales, as well as kayak and canoe rentals and sales.
