Entry open for the Holland 11-Cities Tour

The famous SUP 11-City Tour just announced that they’ve completed the online entry form, and are ready to start receiving entries. “We welcome for 2015 hopefully a lot of new faces, but also the ‘old’ faces!” they said on their home page, looking forward to the 2015 challenge.

This world-class event is based on the historical tour where ice skaters conquered the distance through frozen waterways. Are you ready to challenge yourself? You can opt for 5 days of competition or tour. If you want to push yourself and go for “gold” then the competition is for you. Who know how well you’ll do? If you plan on taking things a little slower and enjoying the countryside then the tour is where you’ll paddle. In recent years, they’ve also opened up the NON-Stop option for seriously tough guys and girls. If you can’t stay for the full event, you can also participate on the weekend only, or choose day-stages. Whatever you choose, it doesn’t matter, challenging yourself for this great event is already a big achievement.

Besides being the ultimate challenge the SUP 11-City Tour is also a unique experience. 200 national and international paddlers are expected to get to know Friesland, the northern province of Holland, from the water. Open fields with windmills, cows, and sheep will present itself along the water ways exchanged by eleven historical cities built from 1700 onwards.
