PaddleFit Certified Level 2
Certified Special Olympics SUP Coach
Lazy Dog Elite PaddleTeam Rider

Trish joined Lazy Dog in the summer of 2010. It was through PaddleYoga that she was introduced to the lifestyle of the Lazy Dog Paddle Team and SUP racing. Trish happily joined the adventurous team’s last-minute paddle excursions throughout Florida, North Carolina, along the Napali Coast in Kauai, southern Puerto Rico, California and the infamous 26-mile SEA NYC Paddle. She’s been able to contribute to the dissemination of SUP in her local area under the umbrella of Lazy Dog activities such as weekly PaddleYoga classes, SUP instruction, race training, eco-tours, and working closely with athletes and volunteers to help develop Monroe County’s Special Olympic SUP Program. Most recently she has been able to co-lead Lazy Dog’s PaddleYoga Teacher Training Program endorsed by the World Paddle Association (WPA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
