Event Details

The 2nd Annual Shem Creek SUP Shootout – 10k Elite Race/5k
Recreational Race. 8k in cash and prizes for the Elite Class Racers.
The race start and finish line will be in front of Red’s Ice House on
Shem Creek, race start time is 12 noon.

We will hold a pre-race registration party at Red’s 7/8 @ 7pm for all
racers and an awards party immediately following the race at Red’s.
Entry fee for Elite Class racers is $50, Rec Class is $25. Entry fee
includes admission to all race related parties and an event t-shirt.

Men
• Stock (12’6”)
• 14′
• Unlimited
• 50+ – TBA
• Juniors (16 and Under) on a Stock (12’6”) only

Women
• Stock (12’6”)
• 14′
• Unlimited
• Juniors (16 and Under) on a Stock (12’6”) only.

Ranking
Points will be given to the top 10 finishers in each division based on
the following points scale:

• 1st = 1,000
• 2nd= 750
• 3rd= 550
• 4th= 400
• 5th= 325
• 6th= 250
• 7th= 225
• 8th= 200
• 9th= 150
• 10= 100
